  • Christie Dittmer – Admissions/ Communications Director

    As the Admissions Director, Mrs. Dittmer manages the admissions and registration process for NorthBay’s new and returning families. In her role as Communications Administrator, she oversees the communication of essential information to existing and prospective NorthBay families and manages the NCA web site. As the Educational Administrator, she assists with the development and implementation of NorthBay’s academic program.

    The Educational Director directs the development and implementation of NorthBay’s academic program.

     
  • Philip Isham - Financial Director

    The Accounting director handles deposits, reimbursements, insurance, and taxes.

Educational Administrators

  • (Educational Director) Robbin Isham

    helped co-found NorthBay Christian Academy, and has served as the Educational Director since 1999. Robbin graduated with a BA degree from the University of Texas. As the Education Director, she provides oversight of curriculum, faculty performance, student assessments, and facility needs. Additionally, she leads school board and faculty meetings. Robbin and her husband, Philip, have attended and served in their church since 1996. Areas of service have included Bible teachers, small group leaders, and elder (Philip). Robbin and Philip have two daughters, both educated at NCA. In her spare time, Robbin enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis and volleyball, reading and going to the beach. One of her favorite verses is: Philippians 2:5-7 – Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.

     
  • (Admissions & Communications Director) Christie Dittmer

    has served at NorthBay Christian Academy since helping co-found the school in 1999. As Admissions Director, Christie manages the admissions and registration process for NorthBay’s new and returning families. In her role as Communications Administrator, she oversees the school’s communication with existing and prospective NorthBay families. As Educational Administrator, she also works with Robbin Isham in planning and implementing NorthBay’s academic program. Christie has two bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Florida. She and her husband have been members of their church in Safety Harbor since 1996, and they serve there with middle- and high-school students and lead an adult Sunday school class. Their three children have attended NorthBay since preschool. Christie enjoys reading, dancing, and music, and lives by I Peter 4:11 – If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever.

    (Community Life Administrator) Heidi DeOliveira

    has served at NorthBay since 2001. As Community Life Administrator, Heidi provides leadership and oversight for NorthBay’s school committees including fundraising, chapel, school socials, and room moms. Additionally, she leads all the fundraising efforts at the school including our annual golf tournament in the fall and silent auction and Gala in the spring. She and her husband, Sergio have served as school board members since 2001. They have attended their church since 1997 and have served in their church’s family ministry, and presently serve in children’s and middle school ministry. Their two children have attended NorthBay since preschool.

     
  • (Office Administrator) Lisa Miller

    serves as the key contact person on the school campus during our academic school days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and performs many valuable support duties in the school’s office. Lisa has a marketing degree. She and her husband, Eric, along with their two children, came to NorthBay Christian Academy in 1999, the year the school was founded, and presently, they both serve on the school board. Since 1996, they have been members of their church, where Lisa co-leads a small group for middle school girls, volunteers at the Connect Desk, and participates in a Mom’s prayer group and a marriage small group. Lisa loves spending time with her family and friends, walking, biking, playing tennis, gardening and going to the beach.

     
  • (Office Administrative Assistant & Physical Education Teacher) Kim Thomas

    has served as a teacher at NorthBay Christian Academy since 2006. She began as a middle school history, and physical education teacher. In 2008, she began serving as a P.E. teacher, and Office Administrative Assistant. Mrs. Thomas received her BS in Education from UW Madison in 1987 and then her JD from Hamline University of Law in 1992. She practiced criminal and family law for eight years in Minnesota before moving to Florida in 2001. She is also a fitness instructor and personal trainer and participates in triathlons and running races. She and her husband, Rick, have two children who attend NorthBay. They are members of a small, local church where they are active in leadership. Her life verse is Philippians 4:6 – Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
